You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame or use them commercially without our written permission.
Content from businesses
Business names, logos, photos and ad content belong to the businesses that uploaded them. They grant us a licence to display them on Vyaparnet as described in our Terms.

Report infringement (notice and takedown)
If you believe content on Vyaparnet infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to our Grievance Officer at john@vyaparnet.com with:
- your name, address, phone and email;
- a description of the work or mark and proof of your rights;
- the link(s) to the infringing content;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information is accurate.
We will act on valid notices within 36 hours and inform the business concerned, who may send a counter-notice.
