Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Purple'd Advertising Company, which operates Vyaparnet (vyaparnet.com). By creating an account, buying a plan, posting an ad or using the website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Advertising & Content Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use Vyaparnet.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical or digital signature.

What Vyaparnet does

Vyaparnet is an online network where businesses list themselves and publish promotional offers (“ads”). We are an intermediary platform: we display information provided by businesses and deliver it to users. We are not a party to any sale, service or transaction between a business and a customer, and we do not sell the products or services advertised.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Business accounts must be created by the owner or an authorised person, with true and complete information. One account per business.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
• We may ask for proof of identity or business details (e.g. GST, shop licence) to verify a listing.

Free listing and paid plans

• Accounts and business listings are free. Anyone aged 18+ can create an account.
• Local plan: ₹1,500 for 4 local ad posts — each ad is shown on the Deals page nearby and sent to plan holders within 30 km.
• National plan: ₹3,000 for 4 national ad posts — each ad is sent to plan holders across India and featured on the Deals page.
• Each ad is live for 24 hours from the moment it is published. One ad post is used per ad.
• Business listing: listing a business is free and free listings appear in the directory and search, but their mobile and WhatsApp numbers are not shown to visitors. A Premium listing (₹499 for 30 days or ₹3,999 for 365 days, or included while you have an active Local or National plan) shows your mobile and WhatsApp to everyone, places your business above free listings, adds a Premium badge and lets any logged-in user start a chat with you. When it ends, your number is hidden again, you move below Premium businesses and new chats cannot be started; existing chats remain. The Premium badge means the listing is paid for — it is not a verification or endorsement of the business.
• Chat: be respectful. No spam, bulk promotional messages, abuse, fraud or requests for OTPs or advance payments. We may limit or block accounts that misuse chat.
• Classified ads (“Post your classified ad”): anyone with an account can post one item per ad, without a plan. A classified ad costs ₹99 per day; you choose how many days it runs (1 to 30 days) and pay for those days before it goes live. It is shown to people within 30 km and sends a phone notification to nearby plan holders. There are no free classified ads — only the business listing is free.
• Every plan also gives you access to every deal on Vyaparnet — the notifications feed, push notifications and emails — for 30 days from purchase. Ad posts must be used within the same 30 days; unused posts lapse when the plan ends. Buying another plan while one is active adds its ad posts and keeps the plan valid for 30 days from the new purchase.
• Plans are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future purchases; plans you have already paid for are not affected.
• Reach is not guaranteed. The number of people notified depends on how many plan holders are in range and whether their devices allow notifications. We do not promise any number of views, calls or sales.

Your ads and content

• You are fully responsible for your listing and ads — including prices, offers, stock, quality, delivery and after-sales service — and for honouring the offers you publish.
• Ads must be truthful and follow our Advertising & Content Guidelines, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Legal Metrology Act and the ASCI Code.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give Purple'd Advertising Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, resize, and distribute it (on the website, in notifications and emails, and to promote Vyaparnet) for as long as it is on the platform.
• You confirm you have the rights to every photo, logo and text you upload.

Things you must not do

• post false, misleading, illegal, obscene, defamatory or infringing content, or anything listed as prohibited in the IT Rules, 2021;
• advertise prohibited or regulated goods (see the Guidelines);
• impersonate another person or business;
• scrape, copy or resell data from Vyaparnet, or send spam to other users;
• try to hack, overload or interfere with the website, or bypass payments;
• use Vyaparnet for any unlawful purpose.

Moderation, suspension and termination

We may review, refuse, edit the presentation of, or remove any listing or ad, and suspend or close any account, if we believe it breaks these Terms, the Guidelines or the law, or on a valid complaint or government order. Where practical we will tell you why. Removal of an ad for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund of the credit used. You can close your account at any time from your profile.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Vyaparnet is provided “as is”. We do not verify every business or offer and are not responsible for the products, services, prices or conduct of any business or user. To the extent allowed by law, Purple'd Advertising Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Purple'd Advertising Company against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your ads, your dealings with customers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first — most issues are solved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, without affecting your rights as a consumer to approach a Consumer Commission.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date shown below; for significant changes we will notify you in advance. Continuing to use Vyaparnet means you accept the updated Terms.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
